Buenos Aires Chosen as the 2011 UNESCO World Book Capital

This week UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) announced that Buenos Aires has been chosen  as the 2011 World Book Capital. Home Prices Drop a Record 19.6% in the United States
